We keep subscription and consent records, including your choices, when and where you subscribed, and the consent language presented to you. Each subscription submission is also stored as a separate record with a unique submission identifier, timestamp, selected channels, and the exact consent wording shown.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as which pages are visited. The platform that hosts our website sets an analytics session cookie that helps link a visit to a later form submission. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use information

Your communication choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP or contacting our support team. We also act on other valid withdrawal requests as required by applicable law.

Email and SMS preferences are separate. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel an order or prevent essential purchase communications. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including order administration, legal recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and documenting consent. We may retain a limited suppression record to respect an unsubscribe request.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
