Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about digital downloads, printing, and your order.
- What's the difference between a printable PDF and a printed copy?
- A printable PDF is a digital file you download and print at home or at a print shop. A printed copy is a physical paperback you buy on Amazon, where a paperback edition is available.
- How do I get my printable PDF after I buy it?
- After your payment is confirmed, you'll get instant access on the order confirmation page and a follow-up email with secure download links. Look for an email from us shortly after checkout.
- What do I need to print a coloring book PDF?
- Any standard home printer and letter-size paper work for our 8.5 x 11 inch designs. For the best results, use heavier paper so markers and crayons don't bleed through. The file format and paper size for each title are listed on its book page.
- Are eBooks available, and in what formats?
- Some future titles may include eBook editions. Where offered, the supported format and a Kindle link (where available) appear on the book's page. Not every book has every format.
- I didn't get my download email. What should I do?
- Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order reference and we'll resend your access links.
- Can I use the coloring pages with a group or in a classroom?
- Each title lists its usage license on the book page. Please check the license terms for your situation before printing for a group, and contact us if you need broader permissions.
- Do you ship physical books?
- No. We don't handle physical shipping. All printed copies are purchased and shipped by Amazon, where a paperback edition is available.
- Where can I get support with my order?
- Contact us through our contact page and include your order reference. We'll help you sort it out.
